Pathway to Health


Introduction 

Because we cater for all levels of fitness at Phase One, our instructors can help you as much, or as little as you like. Many of our members have trained regularly for many years or have a programme of their own to follow when they join up. While we are happy to offer advice or write new programmes for anyone, we do not insist that experienced trainers take part in a full induction if they don’t want one.

However, members new to training in gyms, or those working towards specific goals can benefit from our full range of knowledge and we would strongly recommend that they go through our Pathway to Health programme. This includes an induction and training programme, dietary and supplementary advice and an optional fitness test. We can update this cycle every 6-8 weeks to ensure that you keep moving forward
