A good training routine and sensible diet, as outlined above, should be enough for most people to reach their goals. We will offer all the guidance we can to ensure this. However, some people training for specific reasons (sports, body building, weight loss..) may well benefit from dietary supplementation. This can take the form of extra calories for those hoping to gain muscle or low calorie meal replacements for those hoping to lose weight. At Phase One we are happy to advise which (if any) supplements would benefit you. We also stock a range of the more popular and beneficial supplements available.
